How do I place an order?
Browse our products, add the items you want to your cart and go to checkout. Fill in your delivery details, choose a payment method and confirm your order. You’ll receive an order confirmation by email once it’s placed.
Which payment methods do you accept?

Do you deliver across Malaysia?
Yes, we ship to addresses across Malaysia. The delivery fee and estimated delivery time for your area are shown at checkout before you confirm your order.
How do I know if a part is compatible with my setup?
Check the specifications in each product description, such as memory type and speed, socket support or connection type. If you’re still unsure, email us your current setup or the model of your laptop or motherboard before buying, and we’ll help you check.
What should I do if my item arrives faulty or damaged?
Email us as soon as possible at acefuturesb@outlook.com with your order number, a short description of the problem and photos of the item and packaging. Please keep the item and its original packaging while we look into it, and we’ll let you know the next steps.
